- Constantia and husband Nathaniel lived in MD, but owned Summer Hill in Fairfax County (now Arlington). Constantia's had two wills, one in 1768 and one in1774. The 1774 will described here is the second one recorded and was proved in Fairfax County, Virginia in 1791. The main beneficiaries were the same in both wills. George and Constantia lived at Summer Hill after 1774. Constantia died in 1791 and George in 1815. Daughter Louisa Chapman Hunter inherits slaves and estate.
